Pro Bono Bhutan Raft Guide Training

We were recently approached by a group of raft guides from Bhutan who wanted some more training.

Over 9 days, Maila and the GRG staff took them on the Trisuli, Lower Seti and Bhote Kosi rivers to help improve on their skills in the hope they could gain some valuable skills to open their own rafting company in Bhutan.

It was great to get to know these guys and share our skills on and off the water and we wish them the very best of luck in the future and welcome back new trainees every year now. 

The rafting industry in Bhutan is really taking off and it's great to be able to support this industry with our knowledge and skills.
